Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes under ANY circumstances including marketing. We do not sell, rent or share any customer data including any collected mobile numbers.

Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data which requires explicit customer permission.

Messaging Terms and Conditions

Although Amaxra does not currently engage in any outbound text/SMS messaging, by providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Amaxra, Inc, from (425) 657-3814, (425) 201-2339 or (425) 230-0016. Message frequency varies and currently Amaxra is not sending any outbound text messages. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties.

CAN-SPAM Compliance

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mail sent from our organization will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us unless you request to receive again.

Choice/Opt-Out

Our site provides users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any e-mail communication you receive from us at any time.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail. This will stop you from receiving any future emails from us unless you request to receive again.

Amaxra does not currently use SMS for marketing purposes. However, we provide an opt-out option in case this changes in the future where customers can indicate if they wish to be contacted via SMS or not should we implement SMS communications at a future date. Should we implement any customer SMS communications in the future, we will always provide clear messaging to the customer, so they are able to opt out of SMS communications by texting STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.

To manage your contact preferences or exercise your data subject rights including the right to be forgotten to rectify, or for copies of data please email privacy@amaxra.com (or similar type of email). This would match the procedures within the existing internal Data Subject rights policy.
